In a new video posted to YouTube by Cleanerwatt, we see a comparison of 7 key metrics of the Tesla Model Y and the Volvo XC40 Recharge, to see which SUV comes out on top.
When looking at the two models, the Model Y is larger in stature, and with a top speed of 155 mph and a 0-60 mph time of 3.5 seconds, it is definitely faster than the XC40. The Model Y also beats out the XC40 in terms of charging rate with up to 250 kW, while the XC40 is rated at just 150 kW. It seems like the only way the XC40 would come out on top in this comparison is if Volvo manages to price it below the Model Y. Volvo has not yet released the price of the XC40 Recharge in the U.S.
