In the last years, Tesla has reduced the number of color options on its vehicles to streamline production and facilitate repairs at service centers and now offers its cars in just a handful of colors.
According to a tweet by Tesla´s customer service, Weibo:

Now the Tesla Delivery Center has launched the [Color Changed Car Jacket] product, which can make the vehicle cool!
The first batch of online cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, and other cities will be launched in mid-August!
Many available colors, please contact your local delivery or service center!
Note: Due to the requirements of the relevant departments, you need to report to the local vehicle management office within ten days after the color change car jacket is installed.”
It looks like new Tesla buyers in China can order wraps for their cars directly through Tesla’s delivery centers, and existing owners can do it through service centers. Tesla also announced that there will be many different colors available, allowing the owners to have full reign on the design. It´s still unknown the price of this service.
