With the start of sales of the Lexus UX 300e in Norway, we now have a first idea of the prices of the first electric car of the brand owned by Toyota. Rates that, unsurprisingly, will be quite high considering its mechanical proposal.
The Lexus UX 300e will be available in Norway in three different versions (Comfort, Premium, and Luxury). The basic version Comfort has a price of 410,120 crowns, which is equivalent to about 45,000 dollars. The “Premium” version costs 449,800 crowns (50,000 dollars), while Lexus is priced at 495,800 crowns (55,000 dollars) in the “Luxury” version.
The first electric Lexus prices almost at the same level as a Tesla Model 3, whose “SR +” version costs in Norway 430,900 crowns (48,000 dollars) that place it between the Comfort and Premium versions of the UX 300e. The Tesla, somewhat more extensive and has considerably more power and autonomy, 409 km WLTP. Lexus indicates that the autonomy of the 300e is “at least 300 kilometers” according to the WLTP, but the final values will not be published until the approval is obtained.
