Tesla Will Build 500,000 Vehicles Yearly in Europe

Associated Press reported today that Tesla has plans to output more than a half-million vehicles in Europe as soon as 2021.

Documents that reveal the plans from the automaker were posted this Friday, it shows that Tesla will build Model 3 and Model Y in Gruenheide, Germany. As well as future models, that could be the Cybertruck and the new Roadster.

The Gigafactory located in Europe aims to assemble an entire car and production of batteries on-site.

These plans will have to go through approval first. There’s a need to check the environmental population impact on the area. The goal is to start production in July 2021.
