Peugeot 208 – Four Electric Versions – Check Out The Prices

Peugeot finally released the prices for the new 208. With ICE and electric options, the car will have a price for every pocket and is set to arrive next year.

Starting the deliveries on 2020, Peugeot will offer four different trim levels, where all of them will provide a choice of either of gas, diesel or electric, except for the most expensive one. That one is 100% EV.

The Active gas version, will come with 16-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, and electric door and mirrors. The electric version will have on top of that steel wheels and automatic air conditioning.

The Allure will have bigger wheels, 17-inch alloy, Pegeouts i-Cockpit, and leather-effect seats. The EV version will be equipped with the base 16-inch wheels

For the GT line, we have better tech. The car will add front and rear parking sensors, the headlights are made with full LED, and the ICE version will have double exhaust pipes. All the variants will have the 17-inch alloy wheels.

The GT will have only one option, the electric one. With a massive 10 inch touchscreen in the middle of the panel, Alcantara upholstery, heated seats, and adaptive cruise control, this is for sure this is the one to keep an eye on it.

The electric motor goes up to 134 bhp, and with a battery pack of 50 kWh, the Peugeot 208 can travel a distance of 211 miles on one charge. The company’s fast charger, power of 100 kW, fills 80 percent of the battery in 30 minutes and fully charges the battery in almost eight hours.

For now, there is no plans for these cars to come to the U.S. But Peugeot has plans to get back to the United States market soon
