The Volkswagen ID.3 already has a price! According to the ID.3 online configurator in some countries, it is possible to know the prices of the 1st special launch edition, which will take the mechanics of the vehicle’s Pro Power variant. The prices detailed below are the ones corresponding to the German market:
Volkswagen ID.3 1st: from 39,995 euros (44,857 dollars)
Volkswagen ID.3 1st Plus: from 45,995 euros (51,587 dollars)
Volkswagen ID.3 1st Max: from 49,995 euros (56,073 dollars)
The ID.3 1st equips 18-inch wheels, the Discover Pro navigation system with digital radio, adaptive cruise control, a leather steering wheel, and heated front seats. The ID.3 1st Plus adds 19-inch wheels, LED matrix headlights, LED taillights, keyless entry and start, electrically folding and adjustable mirrors, and reversing camera.
The ID.3 1st Max, the most complete and equipped version of the offer, will add to all these 20-inch wheels, a Head-up Display with augmented reality, driving assistant and lane maintenance, heat pump for heating (increases efficiency), panoramic roof, and front seats with massage function.
The first deliveries of the model will take place in September. While some of its initially disabled features will be unlocked via OTA updates once Volkswagen completes vehicle software development, the first update will have to be done at a brand dealership manually. However, for the fourth quarter of the year, Volkswagen promises that the vehicles will be delivered directly with all functions activated.
