Tesla Cybertruck Will Have a New Adaptive Air Suspension That Will Improve its Off-Road Capabilities

Elon Musk has confirmed that Tesla is working on a new adaptive suspension for the Cybertruck pick-up. Already at the time of the presentation of the vehicle, it was announced that the truck would have an adjustable suspension, allowing the height of the body to be raised or lowered by about 10 cm to facilitate access to the cargo area.

The company’s chief executive officer has stated on Twitter that the Cybertruck’s new adaptive suspension will enhance its off-road capabilities, saying it will “kick butt” in the Baja 1000. It is still unclear whether all versions of the Cybertruck will feature the adaptive air suspension announced by Musk, or whether it will instead be an option.

Some rumors suggest that Tesla could test the pre-production Cybertruck in Baja 1000. Although at the moment there is no official information about it. Any way, it would be an exciting move to promote Cybertruck Plaid. This model is likely to become the monstrous Ford F-150 Raptor’s worst nightmare (the Cybertruck Tri-Motor will be able to do 0 to 60 mph) ( 0-96.6 km/h) in about 2.9 seconds, so the Cybertruck Plaid is probably close to 2 seconds).
