The new Jaguar XJ will premiere the MLA modular platform, which will be prepared to host thermal, hybrid, and electric powertrains. Thanks to this architecture, the British firm will have a flexible mechanical offer without development costs soaring. Initially, the XJ will be offered only in 100% electric versions, although it is expected that later plug-in hybrid variants will be incorporated.
