Tesla Model Y Will Begin deliveries on 15th March in the United States

When Tesla Model Y was presented last year, in addition to great expectations, the new Tesla family member sparked many conversations about the conservative launch time the manufacturer had given for the start of its deliveries. And it is despite sharing many components and platforms with the Model 3, the Model Y would not start its commercial phase until autumn of 2020

As usual, the deliveries start with the local market on the 15th of March and will absorb the first thousands of units of this expected electric SUV that has managed to exceed expectations both on arrival date and its efficiency.

According to the latest measurements of the EPA cycle, the Model Y Long Range with 19-inch wheels achieves 509 kilometers with each load, which leaves it much closer to the Model 3 figures than initially expected.
