The electric car maker from Freemont just updated their top of the line vehicles. The Model S and Model X now have a new version with 390 and 351 miles of range in a single charge. That is a 6% average increase in autonomy. On top of that, the S version also comes with the new 19″ tempest wheels.
We were waiting for the new powertrain version to hit the market soon; it’s not clear at this time if these new versions are the already famous Plaid version (an obvious reference to the movie Spaceballs). The question remains due to the fact the performance remains the same.
The charging rates are also not affected by this update. Both cars can be charged at a 200kW speed.
