The image is a sneak peek of Volkswagen’s process of electrification, and a preview of the newest ID model that is expected on November 19th.
This is another EV from the ID Series, with the previous one being the already known ID. 3. The series of cars will start its deliveries in 2020, with its main focus on the European market, since VW’s ID.3 will not be out in the United States.
For North American customers, ID Crozz and ID Buzz are expected to arrive on the streets between 2021 and 2022. These new EVs still need to be revealed by the automaker.
Vizzion could be an excellent alternative for the customers in the US since the customers from the country showed interest in the electric models by Volkswagen.
The Executive Director of Volkswagen Design stated:
“’ Building an Electric Future’ gives a behind the scenes look at making the new age of electric and autonomous mobility happen. It shows varying perspectives from the point of view of the designer, the manufacturer, and the consumer. There’s no better opportunity to start this amazing exhibit than with the world premiere of our newest member of the family.”
