Tesla is again offering Free Unlimited Supercharging for new Model S and Model X owners.
When the Model S and Model X was first announced, Free Supercharging was one of the perks. Earlier this year, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, took this offer from the table. In a tweet, he stated:
“Sorry, it’s not really sustainable at volume production and doesn’t incent optimal behavior. We probably should have ended this earlier.”
But today Tesla doubled back and is now offering this incentive for new buyers again.
As you can see in the image above, at Tesla’s website, if you select a Model S or Model X, they will come with Free Unlimited Supercharging. This offer is attached to the car itself and It’s not transferable. It’s unclear if it‘s going to be permanent or is just for a limited time.
