Nissan was one of the first company to offer a 100% electric car, the Leaf. This week the company announced that some significant markets from Latin America will get a chance to buy it.

The first countries from Latin America to get the New Nissan Leaf are Argentina, Brazi, Chile, and Colombia.

The car will support all the significant features, like powerful performance, Advanced Nissan Mobility like one-pedal driving, no tailpipe emission, and others. The pre-sale will start at the end of the year.

Nissan had already sold more than 400,000 electric cars since the first day it went on sale in 2010.

“Latin America’s accelerating development and growth require safe, intelligent and sustainable mobility solutions,” said Guy Rodriguez, chairman of Nissan Latin America. “The Nissan LEAF will enable us to contribute to a zero-emission future that will improve the lives of our customers.”
