Asaka: NFT’s Flying Car

Asaka is the new plan for flying cars of Israeli company NFT. The future is here.

For the past decades, traffic has been a massive problem within society and facing that, different kinds of solutions were created. It can be biking or even taking a helicopter. But the reality can become way more futuristic.

Israeli company, NFT thinks the best solution might be flying cars. The company’s Co-founder Guy Kaplinsky wants people not to spend hours on the roads. But this issue is not simple or cheap.

Design features include 14 propellers and even collapsible wings. The flying part would be around 20 to 30 meters off the ground, and it would be able to carry three people around 550 kilometers. The velocity range is around 160-240 km/h. Even being an electric vehicle, there is a petrol engine requirement to charge its batteries.

The price is not very accessible, around $200,000 and $300,000, which Kaplinsky thinks it will eventually reduce with the commercialization of the products.

It is important to remember that, even if we have flying cars, it will take a long time for people to learn how to drive it and sometimes, this period can cause accidents and retract the EV and flying cars market. The best to do is to softly bring the change to society, starting with the Evs.
