The Great Wall Ora R1 is essentially an urban vehicle. It reaches a top speed of 102 km/h and goes from 0 to 100 km/ h in 5.6 seconds. According to the manufacturer, the fast battery charging system can guarantee up to 80% charge in about 40 minutes. When plugged into a standard outlet (3.3 kW) recharging takes about ten hours.
The car will be launched in India as the cheapest electric car in the world with a price tag of $8.6K to $11K.
