The startup Fresco Motors has started in the right direction. According to its creators since the beginning of the opening of reserves, they have managed to accumulate 3,000 orders with a value of 60 million euros. This happened in just the one week since the opening of the process. It is especially having an impact in Norway, although they already have ordered from different parts of the planet.
According to the executive director of Fresco Motors, other startups have shown the path that should not be followed, such as hiring hundreds of engineers, opening luxurious offices in Silicon Valley, and buying factories months or years before needing them. Doing this all to access more financing to cover current expenses and not for the development of the project.
As we remember, the Fresco Reverie will be an electric sedan 4.81 meters long. Therefore, we are facing a vehicle that will compete directly against the Tesla Model 3 and the Model S in size. Its top speed will be 300 km/h, while you can complete the 0 to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds. At the moment, there is no data on its autonomy, although Fresco states that it will be extensive and that it could be close to 1,000 kilometers.
