EQA Will be the Cheapest Electric Mercedes

During the presentation of the new GLA, Mercedes has taken the opportunity to show, for the first time, what will be the line that will become one of the new launches of the electric range. The EQA model that will be at the bottom of the offer in terms of prices.

The EQA will adopt a higher aspect entering the compact SUV segment and will use the same MFA2 platform used by the Mercedes Class A. Mercedes would be using a non-specific platform for electrical systems, as it has happened to the EQC. It will have a battery of 60 kWh with a 250 miles range.

The German brand has only revealed a profile picture showing the prototype, adding headlights similar to those of the EQS. The final design will be unveiled in 2020 and the launch is scheduled for early 2021.
