Mexican City Ordered 15 Cybertrucks

Cybertruck is the most affordable among the electric pickup trucks on the market, and it’s not just Dubai that wants this car for its police fleet. A Mexican municipality called Ciudad Valles, located among two nature reserves, has ordered 15 Tesla trucks.

Asked by the local press during the announcement of the acquisition, Mayor Adrián Esper Cárdenas revealed that to make the order, he had about 30,000 pesos, the equivalent of his monthly salary, ensuring that after that he expects to save 24 million pesos a year (about 1,223 thousand dollars). According to El Imparcial, Tesla’s Cybertruck will quickly recover 20 million pesos of investment, with values ​​per vehicle between 1.3 and 1.5 million pesos.
