New Images Released of Audi’s AI TRAIL Quattro

The new all-electric vehicle by Audi was shown at the Frankfurt Motor show. It now completes the quartet series of units from Audi’s new vehicles, the Audi Aicon, AI:ME, AI:RACE, and AI:TRAIL. They will all be exposed at the Motor Show this week.

The new EV is 13.5 ft in length and 2.15 7.05 ft wide. Another impressive feature from the car is the huge 22-inch wheels, with 850 mm (33.5 in) tires. This turns the EV into one of the best to travel off-road. Take a look at it.

AI TRAIL Quattro has a very futuristic look with a clear view of the road or trail in front and on the sides. The roof is made with transparent glass so that the sky can be fully appreciated. The vehicle is built out of a mix of three different materials, them being high tech steel, carbon fiber, and aluminum. It weighs 1,750 kilograms.

The main focus of Audi’s new EV is to travel off-road, so its range should be enough to travel in hard situations as well as long distances. The car battery can provide somewhere between 248 to 310 miles on flat roads or even easy off-roads that do not require much from the EV.

On tougher terrains the battery of the car will work more, so the range reduces to 155 miles. The top speed can go up to 80 mph.

Its output has a maximum limit of 320 kilowatts and a torque of 1,000 N.

What are your thoughts on Audi’s new EV? What do you think of the look?
