Audi AI:ME is a futuristic concept from the German brand for CES 2020, which has already started in Las Vegas, USA. It has a compact crossover form and it indicates not only an electric future not based on the MEB base, but also the technologies of the coming decade.
At 4.30m long, 1.90m wide, 1.52m high, and 2.77m wheelbase, the Audi AI:ME takes advantage of the great space offered. To add more than high-density lithium batteries, having 170 horsepower rear electric motor.
Full LED headlights with daytime running lights integrated into the grille design draw attention, as do well-tapered LED flashlights with 3D graphics on a bright black background. AI:ME employs light colors and wood in the finish, but even highlights the retractable “U” steering wheel, that will work with a Level 4 autonomous system (between 20 and 70 km/h), which still has two-leaf pedals attached to the wall. The seats are like armchairs in a high-tech living room, with a center console that serves as a snack table, as well as part of the dashboard that moves toward the driver.
