In a pair of filings this week, Tesla Inc. has objected to a ruling by the National Labor Relations Board that says the company engaged in anti-labor activity and violation federal labor laws.
The Mercury News reports that in filings dated Dec. 9, Palo Alto-based Tesla raised 166 exceptions to a decision made by administrative law judge Anita Baman Tracy. The case could be heard by the NLRB in the coming year unless a settlement is reached.
