In photos posted today by Twitter user @cyfoxcat, it appears that a camouflaged Tesla Model Y, was spotted somewhere on the Chinese highway, and was reportedly Made-in-China. The EV can be seen in camouflage which isn’t typical of the EV giant to do with its new cars.
A telltale sign that the market launch is close to ready if Tesla is in fact producing its first prototype Model Y at Tesla Gigafactory Shanghai. Tesla is expected to start production and deliveries in Q1 2021, and recently starting a hiring spree for the Model Y pilot production line at Giga Shanghai.
