The Gemini wheels model is already available for Model 3 in China and is now launching in the US for the Winter Tire Package:

These wheels are here to make a difference in the efficiency loss during the winter, combined with the new size. The kit is configured with Pirelli Winter Sottozero tires and is only for the Model 3 Performance set with a 20-inch Performance Wheel.
Tesla is selling the new wheels with winter tires for $3,500.
