The brand new e-Tron Scooter, by Audi, comes to the market by 2020, but the price is not that friendly.
The new vehicle of the micro-mobility market is half- skateboard, half scooter. And it is all-electric. The handle of the board behaves similarly to the one on a scooter, but it serves only for one hand. The board is exactly like a skate. Check the pictures:
Audi stated:
“To be transported by car, bus, or train, the 12-kg (26-pound) e-scooter can be folded up and conveniently stored in the back of the car, or if preferred, pulled like a trolley. Above all, the Audi e-tron Scooter stands out, thanks to its handling, which is like surfing waves. The rider has one hand free, and so is able to look around and give hand signals.”
The specs of the e-tron Scooter include a speed of around 12.5 mph (20km/h), but the price is expected to cost 2,225 dollars.
