GM president, Mark Reuss, talked about the possibilities of turning their new Corvette, the 2020 Stingray, into an electric vehicle.
In his statement, Reuss was not precise if this transition would happen or not.
“The company is committed to a strategy of 0-0-0: zero emissions, zero crashes, and zero congestion. All of the technology rolling into this vehicle is meant to support that. This platform can carry a lot of different things into the future for General Motors. (…) We’ll see. Stay tuned.”
This type of behavior is very irresponsible to customers. They will only say what people want to hear since EVs are taking over the market.
